Omnes IPA now covers a very large geographical area. Our partners are located in Central New York, the Southern Tier, the Finger Lakes Region and the North Country.

Omnes is an independent provider association (IPA) that serves as a contracting partner and innovation hub for value-based care. We work with 36 providers across 34 counties to manage contractual risk while enhancing care quality for approximately 80,000 people.

Our comprehensive network spans the full spectrum of behavioral health and community services, including Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), Article 31 and Article 32 clinics, residential programs, intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) services, crisis intervention, social care, school-based services, prevention programs, substance use disorder treatment, and Health Home care coordination.
