Katie Weldon, LMSW

Katie Weldon, LMSW is the Executive Director of Omnes IPA/Central New York Behavioral Health Care Collaborative. Katie has over 18 years experience working in behavioral health. Ms. Weldon spent the majority of her career working in clinical and executive roles serving youth and families overcoming challenges with mental health, substance use, criminal justice involvement and trauma in both the community based and residential settings. Ms. Weldon was an Adjunct Professor at the University at Albany in their School of Social Welfare graduate program. Ms. Weldon continues direct practice as a per-diem clinician with Mohawk Valley Health System. Ms. Weldon is a graduate of Syracuse University’s MSW program and received her undergraduate degree from Utica College of Syracuse University.

Jessica Gwin headshotJessica Gwin, MA, MFT, Master CASAC

Jessica Gwin is a project director for Omnes IPA/Central New York Behavioral Health Care Collaborative. She has over 15 years of experience working in the fields of mental health and substance use disorders. Prior to joining Omnes, Ms. Gwin had spent the majority of her career working in the clinical field as a Therapist. She has worked extensively in several levels of care including standard outpatient, IOP, PHP, inpatient (both voluntary and involuntary), emergency departments/crisis centers, in-home and community-based services, and residential. Ms. Gwin’s areas of specialty and interest include drug and alcohol addictions, crisis interventions, women’s-specific issues, and complex trauma and abuse. Ms. Gwin completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University, her M.A. in Behavioral Sciences from Kean University in NJ, her Post-M.A. Professional Diploma in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kean University, and is currently working toward completing her Doctorate Degree (DrPH) in Public Health. She holds a current Master CASAC.

Athena Mandros is a project director for Omnes IPA/Central New York Behavioral Health Care Collaborative. Ms. Mandros’s professional experience includes tracking and disseminating trends in health and human services policy, developing business best practices for non-profit organizations, and identifying innovative programs in health care. She is passionate about enacting change in our health care system so that individuals receive better care and providers remain sustainable. Ms. Mandros has an undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and is currently working towards her MBA, health administration from SUNY Oswego.
