Kate Budlong has worked in the non-profit, health and human services field for over 15 years. Currently, she is the Principal Consultant and Owner of LCP (Leadership-Culture-Performance) Consulting. Kate offers services in the areas of organizational development, leadership, coaching, and training.
Prior to launching LCP Consulting, Kate was the Director of Programs and Business Development at Consumer Directed Choices in Albany, where she was responsible for program operations, growth, compliance, and advocacy. Before that, she served in a variety of roles at the designated Independent Living Center in Central New York. Kate oversaw long-term care services and acted as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects.
Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University at Buffalo and her Master of Science for Teachers (MST) from Lemoyne College. She is a graduate of Lead Up CNY and Leadership Cayuga. Kate has a passion for and a track record of success in the areas of leadership, advocacy, networking, collaboration, staff development, and program operations/performance.
Jessica Gwin has been a Project Director for Omnes IPA and the Central New York Behavioral Health Care Collaborative since January 2020.
She has 20+ years of experience working in the fields of mental health and substance use disorders. Prior to joining Omnes, Jessica had spent the majority of her career working in the clinical field as a therapist. She has worked extensively in several levels of care across the continuum of behavioral health treatment services. Her areas of specialty and interests include drug and alcohol addictions, crisis interventions, trauma and abuse, social determinants of health, and health equity.
Jessica completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University, her M.A. in Behavioral Sciences from Kean University in NJ, her Post-M.A. Professional Diploma in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kean University, and she obtained her Doctorate in Public Health. Additionally, she holds a current credential as Master level CASAC.
Nadia Rashid has worked in the non-profit social services field for over 20 years. Nadia has significant experience in behavioral health and case management, working with adults, youth, families, mental health providers, the juvenile justice system and school systems. Nadia also has experience with residential programs and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
She recently joined Omnes IPA as a Project Director where she is working alongside the Omnes network to ensure that members have the tools and resources needed to move toward the collective goals of the network.
Nadia has a detailed eye, the ability to see the big picture and execute a plan to achieve the goal. She has a passion for improving systems and supporting providers to ensure that all populations needing care can be served.
Nadia has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from SUNY Institute of Technology in Marcy NY.
