Omnes IPA and Your Health Partners (YHP) have merged networks effective November 30, 2023. Omnes IPA now has over 30 partners across the Central New York Region and the Finger Lakes Region that provide services to our community. These partners vary in the types of services provided which creates an opportunity to ensure that behavioral health, physical health and any other needs are addressed in a comprehensive and quality manner.
